Heights Plumbing, Heating & Cooling repairs and replaces faucets, sinks, garbage disposals and the supply and drain connections behind them for homes and businesses throughout North Jersey.

These are smaller jobs, and we treat them like real work. Our technicians are background checked, screened and drug-tested, they arrive on time, and you get an upfront price before anything comes apart.

Small Fixture Problems Have a Way of Becoming Water Damage

A faucet that drips, a sink that pools water around the base, a disposal that hums instead of spinning. On their own they are annoyances. The real trouble is underneath, where a slow drip on a supply line or a weeping trap soaks the cabinet floor for months before anyone notices.

Fixture replacement also tends to expose the condition of everything around it. Corroded angle stops that will not turn, an old chrome-plated trap that crumbles in your hand, a disposal flange that was never sealed correctly. Those are the parts that turn a quick weekend swap into a flooded kitchen.

What Our Faucet, Sink & Disposal Service Includes

For repairs, we first work out whether the fixture is worth saving. Cartridges, seats, springs, O-rings and aerators are all replaceable, and a good faucet is often worth rebuilding. When the body is pitted or the parts are no longer made, we say so instead of selling a repair that will not hold.

For replacements we handle the whole installation: shut off and disconnect, remove the old unit, check and replace the angle stops and supply lines, set and seal the new fixture, and assemble the drain and trap correctly. On disposals we confirm the electrical connection is safe and that the unit is sized for the sink and the household.

Signs You Need Faucet, Sink or Disposal Service

  • Faucet keeps dripping after the handle is off
  • Water pooling around the faucet base
  • Low flow from one fixture only
  • Damp or warped cabinet floor under the sink
  • Garbage disposal hums but will not turn
  • Disposal leaking from the bottom housing
  • Shutoff valves that no longer close fully
  • Corroded or crumbling drain trap piping

Noticing any of these? Call (201) 245-7772 or request service online. Same-day appointments across North Jersey.

Our Faucet, Sink & Disposal Service Process

  1. Look at the whole assembly

We check the fixture, the supply lines, the shutoff valves and the drain, because the visible problem is rarely the only one.

  2. Repair or replace, honestly

We tell you whether the fixture is worth rebuilding and what a replacement would run, then you decide which way to go.

  3. Protect the work area

Cabinets, countertops and floors get covered before any tool comes out of the bag.

  4. Install and connect

New fixture set and sealed, supply lines and stops replaced as needed, and the trap and drain assembled to code.

  5. Test and clean up

We run the fixture, check every connection under load, and leave the cabinet dry and the area clean.

Sinks, Faucets & Disposals FAQs

My disposal hums but will not spin. Is it dead?

Often not. That usually means the impeller is jammed. Freeing the jam and resetting the unit brings many disposals back. If the motor has actually failed, we will tell you straight.

Can I put a new faucet on an old sink?

Usually, as long as the hole spacing matches. We check the deck configuration and the condition of the shutoffs before anything gets ordered.

Why does my new faucet have low pressure?

The most common cause is debris in the aerator or the supply lines after installation. A partially closed shutoff valve does it too. Both are quick to check.

Should I run hot water with the disposal?

Cold water is the better habit. It keeps fats solid so they travel through the drain line instead of coating the inside of it.

Will you install a fixture I bought myself?

Yes. We look it over first and let you know if anything about the unit is going to cause a problem with your existing setup.
