In most municipalities the homeowner is responsible for the service line from the curb stop into the house, while the utility owns the main in the street. Rules vary by town, so we confirm before scheduling work.
Do you have to dig up my whole yard?
Usually not. We locate the leak electronically first, and many repairs need only a small excavation. Where a full replacement is needed, we discuss the least disruptive route with you before starting.
How long does a water service replacement take?
Many residential replacements are completed in a day or two once permits and the utility shutoff are arranged. Depth, driveway or sidewalk crossings and weather can extend that.
