How do you find a leak under concrete?
We isolate hot and cold lines, then use acoustic listening equipment and thermal imaging to trace the sound and heat signature of escaping water to a specific point before opening the floor.
Is it better to repair the pipe or reroute it?
A spot repair is less disruptive and makes sense for a first failure on otherwise good piping. If a line has leaked more than once, rerouting above the slab usually ends the problem for good.
Will my homeowners insurance cover it?
